Fair questions
The things everyone says.
"All my work comes from word of mouth."
Good — that's the best kind. But the person you've been recommended to will still search your name before they ring. A site's job is to confirm you're real and worth the money, not to replace the recommendation.
"I haven't got time for this."
One phone call and a few photos off your phone. I don't need meetings, a brief, or a logo pack. If you can spare ten minutes in the van, that's enough.
"I've already got a website."
Then you probably don't need a new one. Open it on your phone right now — if the text is tiny or the buttons don't work, that's a £150 fix or a £395 refresh, not £850.
"What if I don't like it?"
